Television
In consultation with puppet manufacturer Darryl Worbey, and using both the original puppet and archive material, we matched the colours of fur, waistcoat, scarf, and even his hunting jacket - everything to create a new puppet (above). Everything, that is, except for his fox fur tail. For Carlton TV's drama Sharpe's Rifles, set in the time of the Peninsular War, we created a series of regimental flags. We took designs of fictional battalions and printed onto silks and cotton velvet. Some flags were painted to give an embroidered effect, and sewn together with gold bullion fringes. We have also worked for companies such as the BBC on projects including The Buddha of Suburbia, The Buccaneers, The Alexei Sayle Show, Spitting Image and Stars in Their Eyes. If you've got a piece of fabric that you want to put in front of a camera, just email us at info@schultz-wiremufabricfx.co.ukor call us on +44 (0) 20 8469 0151. |
